Built for paperwork that happens away from a desk.

Elite SignMail started as an internal tool. A business needed the same short document signed over and over by people who were rarely at a desk — and the process was a printer, a clipboard, a drive across town, and a folder nobody could search when a question came up months later.

Why not just use one of the big services?

For a lot of companies the big platforms are the right answer, and we say so plainly on our comparison page. But they are built for large organizations — priced per user, wrapped in routing rules and integrations that most small and mid-sized businesses never touch. We kept running into the same two problems they don't solve well: getting a signature from someone standing in front of you with no email handy, and paying per seat for a team where everyone occasionally needs to send one document.

So the tool got built narrow and finished: generate the document, send it or show a QR code, collect a legally binding signature, keep a record that holds up.

What we believe

The record matters more than the signature

Anyone can paste a picture of a name onto a PDF. What makes a signature defensible is everything around it — that the signer saw the whole document, agreed to sign electronically, and did it at a recorded time from a recorded device. Every completed document carries that history and a cryptographic fingerprint proving nothing changed afterward.

Signers should never have to sign up

The person signing your document is doing you a favor. They get a link or a QR code, they read, they sign. No account, no app, no password to reset on a phone in a parking lot.

One price for the business

Per-seat pricing punishes you for adding the person who actually needs to send the paperwork. Everyone at your company gets a login and it costs the same.

Plain language everywhere

Legal-sounding copy makes ordinary people nervous about signing ordinary documents. The consent screen says what it means in short sentences. It keeps every element the ESIGN Act requires — it just doesn't read like a summons.

Your documents stay yours

Signed documents remain downloadable whether you're subscribed or not. Cancelling stops new sending; it never holds finished paperwork hostage.

Configured setups

The standard product handles any PDF you upload. Beyond that, we build document generators around a specific business — your letterhead, your wording, your fields — so the paperwork you send every week becomes a short form instead of a document to rewrite. Who runs it

Elite SignMail is a product of Tonnelier Media LLC. It runs on servers we control, not a reseller's. Support goes to a real person at support@elitesignmail.com.

What we don't do

Elite SignMail handles ordinary business paperwork. Some documents are governed by rules we do not meet, and jargon like “SOC 2” tells you nothing about whether that includes yours — so here is what each one actually covers.

SOC 2 / ISO 27001
Independent audits of a vendor's security practices. Usually demanded by a customer's procurement or IT review rather than by law.
Documents like Contracts and order forms where the other side is a bank, hospital system, university, government body, or large enterprise whose vendor review requires an audited provider.
HIPAA
U.S. rules covering protected health information, and the signed business-associate agreement that goes with them.
Documents like Patient intake and consent forms, medical records releases, insurance authorizations — anything carrying a patient's health details.
21 CFR Part 11
The FDA's requirements for electronic records and signatures in regulated life-science work.
Documents like Clinical trial documentation, pharmaceutical and medical-device manufacturing records, laboratory batch records.
Notarization / ID verification
A commissioned notary witnessing the signing and checking government-issued photo ID.
Documents like Mortgages and real-estate closings, property deeds and title transfers, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and sworn affidavits.

If your paperwork falls into any of those categories, we aren't the right tool, and we would rather say so now than after you've paid. If it doesn't — which is true for most everyday business documents — none of this affects you.

A note on comparisons

This website exists to describe the services Tonnelier Media LLC offers through Elite SignMail. Where it refers to other electronic signature providers — chiefly DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and Dropbox Sign — it does so descriptively and in good faith. Nothing here is intended to disparage those companies or to characterize their products unfavorably.

Quite the opposite. They are excellent, thoroughly engineered services built by people who have spent years getting the hard parts right, and they set the standard this whole category is measured against. For a great many businesses they remain the correct choice. We make no claim to their scale, their certifications, or their breadth — and if one of them fits your business better, we would prefer you bring them your business and get your needs properly met.

Our ambition is a narrower one, stated without apology: to price this work competitively, and to make a certified electronic signature genuinely affordable and accessible to the smaller operation that needs the same paperwork signed as everybody else. We would rather earn the comparison than pick the fight.

On your information: we do not sell, rent, or trade it. Your documents, your signers' details, and your account information are used to run the service you are paying for and nothing else. They are never passed to a data broker, an advertising network, or any of the companies named above.
