When a bigger platform is the right answer

Buy the enterprise product if you need deep integration with a CRM or HR system, or sequential routing across many approvers. Buy it too if your documents are governed by any of the rules below. Those names get thrown around without explanation, so here is what each one actually covers — you should be able to tell in a few seconds whether it applies to you.

SOC 2 / ISO 27001
Independent audits of a vendor's security practices. Usually demanded by a customer's procurement or IT review rather than by law.

Common questions

Is an electronic signature from Elite SignMail legally binding?
Yes, on the same footing as any other electronic signature service in the United States. The ESIGN Act and UETA make electronic signatures enforceable when the signer consents to sign electronically, sees the whole document, and intends to sign. Elite SignMail records each of those steps with a timestamp, IP address, and device, and appends them to the signed PDF as a Certificate of Completion.
What does it cost?
$49 per month for the whole business — unlimited documents, unlimited team logins. Most electronic signature services price per user with document allowances, so a small team sending steadily usually pays more elsewhere. Your first 5 completed signatures are free and need no card.
Do signers need an account or an app?
No. They open a secure link or scan a QR code, agree to sign electronically, read the document, and sign with a finger, a typed name, or an uploaded image. Nothing to install and no account to create.
Can someone sign without an email address?
Yes — that's the difference that matters in the field. Generate the document, show the QR code on your phone, and the signer completes it on their own device. Attribution rests on the supervised session plus the recorded consent, device, and timestamp.
Can I put the signature where my form already has a line for it?
Yes. Drag signature, initial, date, and text boxes anywhere on any page, and the signature lands on your existing signature line rather than on a page added to the end.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
Signed documents stay downloadable. Cancelling stops new sending; it never holds finished paperwork hostage.
Is Elite SignMail a notary service?
No. It provides electronic signatures for ordinary business documents. It does not perform notarization or check government-issued photo ID. Documents that legally require a notary — mortgages and real-estate closings, property deeds, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and sworn affidavits — need a different instrument.
How do I know whether my documents need a certified provider?
As a rule: if the paperwork involves patient health information, clinical trials or regulated drug and device manufacturing, a property transfer or a mortgage, a will or a power of attorney, or a large enterprise's vendor-security review, you need a provider with the matching certification and we are not it. For ordinary business documents — permissions, agreements, waivers, releases, work orders, contractor paperwork — none of that applies. This website exists to describe the services Tonnelier Media LLC offers through Elite SignMail. Where it refers to other electronic signature providers — chiefly DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and Dropbox Sign — it does so descriptively and in good faith. Nothing here is intended to disparage those companies or to characterize their products unfavorably.

Quite the opposite. They are excellent, thoroughly engineered services built by people who have spent years getting the hard parts right, and they set the standard this whole category is measured against. For a great many businesses they remain the correct choice. We make no claim to their scale, their certifications, or their breadth — and if one of them fits your business better, we would prefer you bring them your business and get your needs properly met.

Our ambition is a narrower one, stated without apology: to price this work competitively, and to make a certified electronic signature genuinely affordable and accessible to the smaller operation that needs the same paperwork signed as everybody else. We would rather earn the comparison than pick the fight.
